Neo_School Documentary Films Screening

Kino ARMATA is proud to screen twelve films produced during two modules of Neo_School, a one-month informal school module for the production of short documentary films. Selected candidates had the opportunity to attend lectures on various aspects of documentary filmmaking, including production, research, screenplay development, directing, editing, audio, etc., from the leaders in film and research. After intensive theory sessions and developing the ideas for their films, each student produced a short documentary film. They were challenged individually and as a group to operate cameras, edit the film, work on post-production and other aspects of filmmaking process.

Lecturers and mentors at Neo_School are leaders in their areas of expertise, ensuring that students received relevant guidance for developing their ideas and transferring those into the film medium.

Neo_School is supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and Municipality of Prishtina.
